Aseptic Sterilizer for Brick filling
Aseptic Sterilizer is used for high viscous products like Fruit Pulp / RTS. These sterilizer consist of multi tube-in-tube type, where the product passes through one tube and heating and cooling media passes through other tube.
The heating of juice will be done with hot water. Trim cooling will be carried out by return warm water from heating section. Return cooling of the product will be done with tower water to cool the product. Further Cooling of product will be carried out up to final product filling temperature 25°C with chilled water.
